PP Filler Masterbatch properties are similar to polyethylene, but its slightly harder and more heat resistant. Its composed of polypropylene resin, CaCo3 and other additives. This is commonly used in PP woven sack and non-woven products with a view to decreasing production cost and minimizing environmental effects of the manufacturing process. PP filler masterbatch enhances certain plastic properties such as thermal conductivity, energy saving, environmentally friendliness, mechanical properties (impact strength and tensile strength) and tear resistance. The main reason making this material a cost- effective material  solution lies in its component – CaCO3 powder. Compared to fossil resin, calcium carbonate powder is much more stable and reasonable.
